Hi Gary firstly mate there is one site that allows you to pay a 50 deposit and i spoke to the airport inn last week where i stay every year i told them what you are planning and they are very interested in having you guys there they have a big function room which you can use and they are offering a discount of room prices for a block booking this is just a suggestion just in case you had not secured anywhere yet they also offer a free shuttle to and from graceland

Yes gary ill forward you it tom and they have had a lot of stuff there last year but nothing this year the clarion had a Elvis guy from Belgum on evey night this year which is right next to the airport inn and there was always a good crowd there so maybe this would be a good choice its not a top hotel but i stay there every year and its always been clean and the staff are great, im back there in january so if this was a suitable venue it can all be sorted with the smallest of hassle its up to you guys a room with a double bed is $49 per night but they said they would do us a deal if there was a bloke bookings of rooms
