| as you all know E/W 2009 is fast approaching, & therefore until this years event has taken place the exact date's for 2010 wont be announced, making things alittle difficult to organise at the present. however we are in negotiations with a number of hotels for our event to use as a base for both accomadation & our showcase. we hope to be bringing you some more concrete info in the coming month or so. so all of you that are genuinlly intrested in joining us next year please keep checking back as a favour to us the mods as we are tryin to gauge party numbers "IF YOU ARE INTRESTED PLEASE POST YOUR INTREST ONLY BELOW" "THE MORE THAT GO THE BETTER DEALS WE CAN NEGOTIATE" but dont worry this trip will be going ahead whatever the numbers _________________ I Learned very early in life, That without a song the day would never end, Without a song a man aint got a Friend, Without a song the road would never bend, Without a song, So I Keep Singing A Song... | FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT ARE INTRETED IN JOINING US IN MEMPHIS NEXT YEAR COULD YOU PLEASE JUST REAFIRM YOUR INTREST ON THIS THREAD PLS. THE FLIGHT DETAILS & PRICE'S SHOULD BECOME AVAILABLE TO US WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH GIVE OR TAKE A WEEK, (SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO START GIVING YOU A MORE ACCURATE COSTING..WHEN WE HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING.) WE WILL BE LOOKING TO BOOK FLIGHTS IN MID JAN AS THIS APPEARS TO BE THE BEST TIME TO BOOK ( IE CHEAPNESS & ALSO HAVING HAD A 5 MONTHS NOTICE TO SAVE AS THE FLIGHT COSTS HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL ON BOOKING.)
