we are looking for input as to what you would like to do & what you would like to see whilst in memphis
I.E. a day trip to tupelo
a trip to forrest hill cemetry
v.i.p. passes to Graceland (platinum,gold,silver.)

Having insider info as i have been to memphis 3 times we can arrange trips etc but you might just want to do your own thing which is also fine remember we can suggest but at the end of the day its your holiday.

Maybe if everyone decided on the same day we could hire a mini bus or something and go to tupelo that way. We all put petrol in and go to the Elvis mcdonalds on the way. I found last year they were not a lot of trips available, we struggled and ended up going with someones friend who works in the reception at Heartbreak hotel, but when I spoke to some one offering other things, they said that they were looking into making more tours to tupelo etc. May be the inforamtion about the tours, like Paul said everyone can decide themselves if we go on the trips together or on your own, but I think it would be more fun if we all went together.

I do hope this trip comes of for you guys but be warned once you have been once it wont stop there i am going in august this year what will be my 8th time and back again in january for the 75th it becomes an addiction be warned

I think we would all like the same things out of a trip like this
the usuall sites and trips and to get the best out of it for all those going
for the ones that have been I'm sure they could point us in the right direction
and make sure any of the pit falls they may have encounterd dont happen to us
And if we can get a Hotel with a Function suite that will allow our Guys to do a show case etc that would be special to be able to say you had performed there
so come on Guys & Gals lets get this trip started

All our Guys & Galls that have been is there any of the usuall things you wouldnt do
and what would you think were things you wished you had done or maybe done different and what are the things that we just have to do
I like everyone have my ideas of what I would like to do
But those that have been know the best trips,days out etc
we need guiding by the ones that know to Help us make this the Trip of our Lives

I AGREE, I ALSO THINK WE WOULD NEED SOME SORT OF ITINERY SO AS ANY TRIPS FIT IN WITH EVERYTHING GOIN ON AT GRACELAND I.E. THE ULTIMATE COMP E.T.C.

OK Guys this is my 'wish list' of places I would love to go whilst in Memphis

Graceland (obviously)
Forrest Hill (where Elvis was first laid to rest)
Sun Studio's
Tupelo (didnt make it last time)
Memphis Zoo

Then I think when Elvis Week 09 is out the way they will start telling us what they have planned for 2010. I guess there will be loads of stuff to keep us busy whilst we are there so we will have to try to schedule it all in lol!
