Important EPE forced changes in Bolton Arena Concert

Promoters of the Bolton Arena concert have had discussions behind the scenes with EPE / CKX about a claim to copyright infringement here in the UK with the name ELVIS in the title of the show.

Although EPE had lost a copyright court case with Sid Shaw of Elvisly Yours a few years back, apparently EPE do have legal rights which can still be infringed here in the UK (especially today with the introduction and popularity of the internet.)

Therefore the new title of the Bolton concert is as follows.

The world's Greatest Elvis tribute artiste concert.

The promoters are asking everyone to respect the wishes of EPE / CKX by using the new title.

What impact this may have in the ETA world here in the UK is now unknown as it is unprecidented for a UK tribute show to be affected along as much the same lines as the US shows.

This concert is getting more historic by the minute.

Wow imagine that! I know being an ETA in America you are supposed to follow certain guide lines but we have always been left alone in the UK.
This does rock the boat a bit doesnt it! What does it mean for ETAs here in the UK?
I can understand EPEs point in one way but I find it extremely petty and can see why so many people dislike EPE and things they have done and continue to do.
