You'll recognize Francine York, who will be making her first-ever Elvis Week appearance this year, not only from her role in Tickle Me, but also from her many other television and movie credits.
Francine is from a small mining town in Minnesota. She was modeling and working in commercials in San Francisco and Holywood when Jerry Lewis got her a part in his film, It's Only Money in 1962. She eventually made appearances in six of his films, including The Nutty Professor.
As part of her appearance in Tickle Me, Elvis gives her a few tips in the sport of archery. You may remember her classic response, "...like this?"
Francine is also well known for her roles on the series Batman where she played the role of Lydia Limpet, with Bob Hope and Eva Marie Saint in School for Bachelors, as Venus De Milo on Bewitched, as the agricultural student all the men fell in love with on Green Acres, and literally hundreds of others.
She continues to work in both movies and television and recently appeared on the hit televison series King of Queens.
Francine will be appearing on stage at day one of the Elvis Insiders Conference and will also be at both days of The Elvis Expo.
