Hope this is useful. I dont know if your interested...but 5 years ago I recieved a free picture from the National Archives Of When Nixon Met Elvis. It came in a presentation frame and is really lovely. Just the two of them together shaking hands.

Hi Sophie, just got chance to have a look at this. It was brilliant! Have never seen this before! How interesting! Wouldnt it of been cool if Elvis did release the album 'get high on life'. Lol!
You could tell by reading the letter that he was really hyped up and wanting to make a difference.
Its a shame he didnt try to get more into it. It might have led him on a different path and he could have maybe ended up working more closely in combating drugs in America.
