Haha! I know what you mean Essie. It is only us mods and admin that can see that box. What it is for is any notes about that particular person or sometimes if we are not sure who a certain member is we put their IP address down (the identification of someones individual Internet address at that time) but I wouldnt worry too much about that, we seem to have steered away from all the bad trouble now.
You may have noticed we have had a bit of banter on a few, thats just Paul and Mark messing around but if you would like to leave any notes about anyone for future ref then please feel free.
Also on some you might have noticed some of the PMs have been monitored, this also was because we have worked so hard to find members through a lot of campaigning costing us time and money and other people from other forums were coming on and poaching members via pm. Whilst we feel everyone should be able to decide where they want to go we think its not very nice going behind our backs so we were monetering any very high PMs.
Hope this helps and I havent waffled on too much. Hehe xx

You can waffel all you can!! haha
That is clear, thank you very much.
I think you are right, if you want to ask anyone about an other forum, they shouldnt do it behind someones back.
At least, if they put it in the forum, everyone can see it, and deside what to do with it.
But maybe it would be handy if it would be a new rule or so, to the ones that recomend a other ETA forum, to ask the mod's permision first?
I am not realy fermiliour with other forums, but maybe there are some forums that is not realy recomended, or cost the Browser problems befor?
So that way, you have fully controll about it.
And maybe you can say, that if there will be someone going behind the mods back anyway, to recomend an other forum, they have to have a 'time out' or something like that, from this forum?
Course then the trust is damaged.
Or am i to stricked now?? hahaha
