Hi Guys and Girls please can i ask if you have a mailing list or website or forum that you put this poster out for the EddieP fundraiser.

We need to sell as many tickets as possible and all funds raised go to our very special friend EddieP .

Hi Guys and Girls

We have limited the amount of tickets to be sold at 250 its first come first served (translation we want your money asap , so we know how many we have coming and how much we are raising).

1.) The first method of payment is you can pay via paypal www.paypal.co.uk and send a money request to dawn@fyldehotels.com because paypal take a commision and we want as much money to go eddie to book your tickets it will cost you five pound a ticket and a one off payment of £1 to cover commsion and postage.
Just simply put in your send money request EddieP funraiser + how many tickets you need.

Option 2

You can ring Dawn and Dave from the stalbans hotel and make a card payment 01253 721967. Dawn and Dave have limited rooms left in there hotel should you require the full weekender package 13/14/15 Feb 2009 Once the hotel is full Dawn and Dave have other hotels on standby. To book and confirm your room all that is needed is a £20 deposit.

So if your planning on coming please get your tickets asap as we have had allot of interest. No ticket = No entry

If paying with paypal ple include your address so your tickets can be posted.

So who on the Bill ? Ok fristly i would like to thank everyone who applied to be in the show, all i can say is EddieP you have allot of support. We have selected the following on a first come first on the list. And just so peeps are aware i'm taking a back seat on singing to allow everyone a fair chance of singing so i will be compare.

Ok so for those who are arriving on the friday we will be having 3 showcases in Stalbuns Hotel , this is where the fundraising starts.

Dave and dawn have a karaoke system in one room plus a bar that never shuts. Later in the dinning room we have a 3 man showcases.

Gary John.

The Main fundraiser on valentimes Night wow we have a great line up.

I will be comparing and raising money through out the night and if we get time may sing a song or 3 but only if we have time

3x standard single rooms @ £40 each
£20 deposit required to secure a room.

The prices are for 2 nights 13th + 14th of February, bed + breakfast
also included are a carvery on the 13th, and a buffet on the 14th.
Tickets @ £5 each are extra.
for anyone booked in other hotels, you are welcome to join us for the carvery and show in the hotel on the friday, and the buffet on saturday.
The price is £10 per person. To be booked in advance,

Is there any chance you could put the poster out on your mailing lists Naz ? Its just i want to try and sell as many tickets as possible as all proceeds go to EddieP who as you know is a nice guy and we want to help him as much as possible.

Infact that goes for anyone reading this please help us get the word out there for this event and if you can help sell tickets that would also be a great help. It makes it hard when there is the Credit Crunch on so please help.

Also please note Dave and Dawns hotel is Elvis themed with loads of memorbillia etc , If you like a great Elvisy atmosphere then don't delay and get booking your rooms and buying tickets.

hi all i would like to say 1st to paul what a great job your doing with this alot goes into this so i for one will say well done to you sir and now yous all better get there as i have ashoe to put on for you all NOT TO BE MISSED and i cant wait but eddie i told you i would be there for you and any eta that needs my help paul and lorna and there wee cute girl it will be good to see you all again and garry and his family just cant wait so mind guys and girls get your tickets now coz what a night it will be and its my anniversary on the 13th and i wont be with my wife wowwwwwww sorry very sad lmao love her to bits so i shall see you all there and just thank you for all who i meet and pete as well sorry if i have missed anyone

No what ever your upto appreciate the showcase on friday but would love you to sing on saturday as well , i even gave up my place to sing cause i want ya there so much Ok starting to sound strange now i'll stop while i'm ahead.
