Martin Shaw ill After Playing Elvis

In an interview given last Sunday on radio 2, Martin Shaw releaved that while playing Elvis in the stage play "Are You LOnesome Tonight" back in the late 80's he was feeling very unwell.

As Martin doesnt drink alcohol at all and is usually a very fit vegertarian he was really shocked when he went to the doctor and he told him that he was very unfit for his age...then 42.

He asked for the doctor to take more tests after he had finished playing the part of Elvis...about 2 hours later...and they revealed...a very healthy and fit man! It seems that the fat suit Martin had to wear to play the last few hours of Elvis' life had made him really sick.
