I have emailed Dawn again to try and get prices for rooms etc this is my second request to them lol

if there gonna be pissy about it & thats before we've even got there perhaps we should look at other hotels espesially after all the trouble you had last time ( just a thought) i dont mind if we meet up one weekend an go canvass a few hotels there's a few resonablly big ones in the centre of blackpool that i know about that may be suitable ( tbh i'm easy an will go with the flow )

dont know what everyone else thinks but seeing as we are centering everything around the hotel with no outside showcase, personally for me the last 2 we've done seem to be over to quick , so i was thinking about the possibiltys of doing somthing saturday daytime ie rig up a cinema type thingy in the dining room for Elvis movies ie aloha, on tour, 68 comeback, & some of the better movies. & mabye an Elvis quiz with a few prizes or if any of you guys can suggest somthing or what you think

Yep great idea. Elvis quiz would be great or a raffle as I would not get all the answers . Got a few movies but dont think you could show them . We could get some piccys from the site and everyone has to guess who they are, match the name to the picture.

Sounds great Gary what we need is to get some acts for the friday and saturday , then maybe get someone like star king to come over and sell there wares and maybe the charge could be donation to raffle prize ?

Good idea, this is somet we can expand on in years to come too. We do need somet to do during the day otherwise we loose eachother and we dont get to meet up as often as it is. I mean for me its still a lil open as to whether we end up venturing out on the Saturday night but it does make things slightly more complicated. Personally Id love a showcase somewhere but last time was a blimin nightmare!
Anything I can do as do please let me know, am ready and willin and dead lookin forward to it! Yey!

sorry hun we have lot's of shit going on at the moment so i have desided to put the elvis stuff on the back burner for the forseable future

Hi guys, been having a play and have come up with this. Tried to re-size the writing a bit but in my wisdom and great knowledge of paintshop pro I blimin saved it so I couldnt make any changes! Doh! lol!
Can you guys have a look and see what you fink. Let me know if I have made any seplling mitakes.. lol! Also if there is anything you would like me to add or take away. This is a first attempt so dnt worry I wont be offended, your input would be gratefully received before I bang it on the main forum and possibly facebook
