Help required

I have a message thats come through to me here from a guest saying help that hes forgotten his username and password

His email is clayton-spencers@tiscali.co.uk

Can anyone help? or advise hwat I should tell him to do please

I got the same one, if we cant help. Probably best for them to re-register.

well i think that passwords etc are all secret so not even paul would know - shall i reply and uggest re registering

Yeah please Michelle, think that would be a better idea to re-register. If we tell him that we cant access the passwords as they are private.

ok just did it i said that may not be able to get passwords but we waiting to find out for sure if theres a way and to re rgister - if he then gets password sorted he can revert back to old user name xx

I had the same message and i sent him an email back, but he cannot get in, even if he re-registers...
I got the following message from him.
I told him i would warn Paul about it, but that Paul is very buizy at the moment...

I sent an email from the website. It seems that I am just awaiting
activation. It requires an administrator to activate the accounts apparently.
It wouldn't matter how many times I register, if the accounts are not
activated. Hope this makes sense. If Paul is the administrator then I suspect
that he is the person whi need to activate the new accounts.

Get him to re-register theres no account using that email addrees lol x

he has emailed me again saying he needs activating - that was saturday - has anyone written to him again to tell him to re register in the spence email??

i wrote to him a few nights ao and said to reregister I wil lhavea look in my hotmail see whats come back -

account just hasn't been activated. I screenprinted the instructions where it
sends me round in circles.



The password, username and email address are all correct. The message it gave
originally was that i would need for the moderator to activate the account

i think she has got mixed up as there was an elricka on elvis chat i am sure she is trying to log onto the wrong forum

has anyone else emailed her to ask? before i do it?

actually i dont think she is cos the screen sumps she sent are deffo browser i can tell nby the colours and background pic etc i am mytified - she wasnt banned was she and thats why it wont accept her back? maybe? or one of the people who didnt come in for ages that was removed? maybe thats stopping her now?
