porthcawl easter weekend?

hi does anyone know whats goin on at porthcawl on the easter weekend at the end of the month as it doesnt say on the website. is there a eta competition to enter?

hi mate , no it is'nt a comp , it's just a get together of friends , although it as now seems to have turned into a major event there is around 30 ETAS including myself who are doing a 30 minute set over the Saturday and Sunday , it promises to be a fantastic weekend with loads of beer and ETA antics

gonna be a mad weekend........as you said ed lots of eta's and even charles stone will be there too. if you come over buddy you will enjoy it and in no doubt the singing will go on as usual into the wee hours of the morning....

hiya Mike , yeah i forgot about Charles Stone but anyone who would like to come down it would be great to see you , i hear Paul Thorpe is doing a gig in one of the local pubs on the Friday i think it's the Sandbank , and i am doing a gig on the same night at The New Brogden Inn Porthcawl , it wont be a full Elvis gig on the request of the land lady but i dont think i will get away with not doing a few

what is the next best hotel anyone recomends as the brentwood/heartbreak hotel is fully booked. unless anyone feels like cancelin lol! im a bit gutted about that as i wanted to be in the hussle of all the action and be involved.

mate if i were you i would get into any hotel you can , it wont matter as you wont be going to bed anyway the brentwood as a reputation of going way past official hours
