Ron Hertel aka ebay seller Viva Vegas

Does anyone know where VivaVegas has gone? I notice he has'nt been on ebay for a bit and was just wondering if he's gone on holiday or something?
I know quite a few of the ETAs on here have bought his amazing garments, accesories and jumpsuits in the past and Ron is renowned for quality products at good prices so his absence is being felt by many I am sure...
Any updates would be appreciated.

Ron was indead off a while back.
He wrote me that he had some problems with B-K.
But now it is clear that they dont have any rights, so he can sell again.

That is very disappointing news. Ron is still not back in full-force on ebay. Remember how every day, the listings would be absolutely full up with his superb garments: puffy-sleeve shirts, white boots, Aloha belts (one of the absolute best I have ever seen) 2-piece suits and of course selections of unbelievable jumpsuits such as the Peacock, Sundial, Aloha and many more. However, his ebay store is apparently still active.

Ron is a Godsend to so many ETAs around the World as his prices can't be beat anywhere for the sheer quality of the costume he does.
In some cases, his jumpsuits have actually been EVEN BETTER than B+K's and at a much lower price, so it's no wonder they are trying to bully him now.

Jumpsuit copyright, or more accurately, the design on Elvis' jumpsuits is quite a grey area as I understand it.

I don't think it's fair that B+K are trying to monoplize the world in jumpsuit recreation. This is what EPE tried to do with the name, image and likeness of ELVIS when they took Sid Shaw to court and they lost.

All the jumpsuit companies should be allowed to operate and then it's up to the ETA to decide where he wants to go.
If there was ony B+K and no-one else, what about all the ETAs who simply can't afford their prices?????
Where are they supposed to get their dream suit from?

Ron Hertel has over the last 7 years or so been responsible for outfitting some of the best ETAs in the business as well as helping out hundreds of up-and-coming ETAs and I hope he comes back soon.

B+K have already stopped him selling the gold "Elite / Elvis" belt, now it looks like they want to put him out of business altogether...

Shame if Ron is having problems , he has great products at a great price and he's a dam nice bloke to deal with , in fact it usually pays to buy off him than from a certain company in the UK as it can be cheaper even with the item being sent from the states , hope he is back in full swing soon

We have had that many members complain about them i guess it would stand up in court lol.
