Melodyland- California's Graceland...up for sale

Do you remember that amazing Jonathan Ross documentary from the early 90s called "VIVA ELVIS".....well it was filmed during Elvis week 1990 and climaxed at the Images of Elvis comp. in Memphis when it used to be held at Bad Bob's Vapors nightclub.

Even today, I still consider it to be THE BEST-ever documentary about Elvis impersonators and it featured so many of the guys who are today ETA legends as well as one or 2 ETAs who are no longer with us:

A very young Doug Church was in it, El Vez, B+K Enterprises, The Black Elvis, The Lady Elvis. Todd Morgan of EPE (RIP).....and Danny U who built and owned MELODYLAND- California's Graceland.

MELODYLAND at the time of filming in 1990 was not quite finished, and Danny U said he would soon be opening the house for tours. Well fast-forward 20 years, and Danny U is retiring and selling the mansion.
It's been on the market now for quite a while but so far there are no buyers.

Just been on the website- Some gorgeous stuff on there. chandeliers are $100,000 and a custom made sofa for $200,000. What price the house!!!!
