| Hi Mark,
Yeah i read that.
I think its safe to say that he obviously had a few problems not relating to Elvis cause no normal person would do something like that.

| I have copied and pasted the article.
A MAD-KEEN Elvis Presley fan hanged himself on what would have been the 73rd birthday of the King of Rock ’n’ Roll.
Paul Barkham – known to many as “Elvis” – was found dead at home.
The dad of two travelled the country performing a tribute act to his idol, who died in 1977.
He auditioned for TV’s X-Factor last year and had been planning to do so again this year.
Paul, 40, who wore white suits and a quiff, was cremated in Brighouse, West Yorks, after his death on January 8.
Mum Catherine, 69, said: “He lived and breathed Elvis – he looked and sounded just like him.”

| So so sad, well at least he will be jamming with Elvis. It is hard sometimes to be an ETA as it can take over your life, and i think i speak for many off us on here, who get stick of kids and your mates, as Elvis said living up to an amage is one thing but being a human being is another. When i go on stage i am Billy Dean when i come off i am Ian, also as a tribute act to Elvis, you have to go on stage and step into Elvis's shoes to bring the magic across to an audiance and when you come off be your self. Ian Billy Dean R.I.P PAUL | |

Sophie, I never said he was a freak but he must have had some problems to have ended his life, on Elvis's birthday of all times. To have done something like that, something other than his fascination with Elvis must be involved here cause this is not 'NORMAL' behaviour. I hope this gives you a better understanding of my comments. Regards, Sean

Ian Billy Dean R.I.P PAUL Ian, I knew of an ETA who's life got caught up performing in one of the hotels' that Elvis did and it started to consume his whole life and started to affect his personal life too... just I think last year or the year before he had to make a major decision to slow down ... If I come across his article and/or more like testimony, I will share it with the group. Hugs, Charmaine
