| ETA supplies, mmmmmmmm...
The quality of what they sell seems to be fine - I can`t comment.
However, the guy you deal with seems to me to be bad tempered and be walking around with a chip on his shoulder.
I wanted to order a jumpsuit, boots, cape, belt, wig (when I needed one til my hair grew back!!!) - anyway, the gear came to a grand total of c £2,000 / $4,000.
My wife has her own ebay shop selling about £8,000 a month, so I wanted to use ETA supplies to keep it in the community, so to speak.
I sent him a message saying would he be able to do anything about the charge amount with it being a big order. I was told, in no uncertain terms "We are not a car boot sale. The price quoted is the price you pay"
Then I ordered a wig. The wig, on the pic, did not have side burns on.
When the wig arrived it turned up with sideburns on. Agin his response was poor "Just cut them off"
As I said to him, it would be like my wife sending a `sleeveless` top to you with instructions - "first, cut off the sleeves"!!!
As I said, I can`t say much about the quality of product, but in my experience, the guy seems to be a bit of an %$£!!!

| My wife sells Ladies clothing, so no competition!!! A question has been asked and I have given a true answer from my experience. If the service had been good I would have said so. Notice the various caveats "As I said, I can`t say much about the quality of product" So far, with this Company, my experience has been bad. I`m sure they must do a decent job or they would not be around!!! Would you have prefered me to say the service was outstanding | |

| Micheal you say you made an order for jumpsuit, boots, cape, belt, wig ( All this for a mere £2000 i would consider that an amazing price and if the quailty was there then Jackpot as many ETA's spend that kind of money on just one Jumpsuit so i would say ok you got bad service but price is outstanding | |

| Hi Keith no arguments or misunderstandings here my friend just a friendly debate about prices and quailty as i feel strongly that you have to pay that bit extra for quailty. And to look authentic cost money in my opinion anyway so relax Keith my friend all is good here lol | |

| Neil at Stagewear who does most of the costumes for Yorkshire TV and BBC etc do really nicely made jumpsuites for around £120 these are mainly Fringe Style Suites but he does do a great Job. Although i must admit my B&K suites are my pride and Joy ...... With the exchange rate you can spend just over a Grand and get a decent suit from B&K Paul. | |

| Just to clarify.
I did not buy the jumpsuit from ETA supplies.
All I said was in my experience of dealing with that Company the serice was not as I expected when I asked the guy a few questions.
I am well aware of the price of the suits, but, to let you know, the `68 suit I got from the USA I paid less for the full suit than you would for the jacket from some of the UK suppliers - and the suit I have is lambskin. I will always shop around for the best quality at the best price.
I am buying a suit from B & K - I met Butch in Blackpool - and he seems a good guy. The quality of their gear is know to be good, and whenever I have asked him a question he has been curtious with his replies - even when saying no!!!

Hi, I use Jumpsuits Fit For A King (Rita) in USA. Rita makes lovely jumpsuits at a good honest price. If you tell her I (Darren H) recommended her to you, you may get an even better deal from her. She is very swift regarding shipping the suit once it's made. Also I have a personal friend that makes them too & he is great! Hope this helps.

| sorry to but in guys. Lorna suits for £150 you say where where where??? i was thinking of getting a suit from ETA supplies myself so im gonna watch this topic with great interest. Like keith i would rather buy in this country ETA supplies is the only place i can find for the proper stuff. anything else just seems to be fancy dress rubbish and i've said before im dubious about paying customs charges from USA. I think the review of ETA supply jumpsuits is a great idea especially since i'm really after a couple of jumpsuits. Can anybody else share there experiences with ETA supplies? | |

| Hi Guys Oh you want a decent jumpsuit for around 120 squid ? Then look no further these are made to measure from a guy who makes costumes for TV and big productions , don't be fooled by the prices these are top notch. Stagewear Unlimited Stagewear House, Priory Road, ROTHERHAM, S63 8AE 0170989 2893 Ask for neal and tell him PaulB from york recomended you and he will look after you .... If you look on my website you will see a black fringe and on my slide show a white fringe suit both made by neal , also if you look on my blog where me and lorney got married at graceland the black suit i'm wearing is a replica of the one Elvis wore at Sonny Wests wedding when he was best man. Neil aslo does puffy shirts etc , Neil also did me a blank aloha suit and bought the jumpsuit kit of ebay and it looks as good as a B&K Job and they take some beating. Hope this helps. Paul. | |

| hi Paul thanks for that mate i did contact stagewear a short time back and he said he did the fringe, concho and chain suits. Im still in two minds on whether to go for these or to spend a bit more and go for the 72 onwards look i.e red lion, burning love or nail suit. someones just put me in contact with a woman in coventry that sais she specialises in ETA suits. Its actually a fancydress shop so i don't know but she sais shes made costumes for proper ETAs before. she only works there on thursdays as she has a few shops.so i'm gonna see what shes all about. If no joy i might give stagewear a go or eta supplies. Coventry would be good for me, not very far away. regards jase | |

| that is the secret Paul , you can now buy some excellent jumposuit kits from jumpsuit supply's which have the kit for all the studding and a pattern for your jumpsuit , this can work out at a fraction of the price of any of the above mentioned company's although you do have to find someone who can do the work for you , that is if your like me and are completely rubbish at needle work but i have just had a Burning love suit made and the price of materials came to under £100 and it looks as good as any of the so called top branded named suits so you dont have to spend mega bucks to look good | |
