| Elvis Guitar AuctionAlexander Autographs in Stamford, CT in the States will hold an auction at Mohegan Sun casino on October 21-22, 2009. A number of Elvis items going up for auction including:
- Martin guitar Elvis smashed onstage and gave to a fan - bought in Memphis in 1976 ($150,000-200,000)
- Black sapphire ring ($3000-12,000)
- Original art "GI Blues" poster ($3000-4000)
- Signed promo postcared - 1959 ($600)
- Elvis' hair in a keepsake locket - 1956 ($700)
