SCARF RAFFLED AT BIRMINGHAM CONTEST by Elvisisinthebrowser

As you are aware at the Contest in Birmingham we decided to do some fundraising in the name of Elvis for 2 lovely causes, mens Matters & Stroke Support - Lovely Sue Moore made us an extra long pecial scarf and all the ETAS, band members, showcasers as well as some etas like Chris Connor who although wasnt in the comp kindly signed for us we thought what a wonderful added bonus for the winner Anyways, we managed to raise a few pence of £410.00 which is now in the coffers of said causes hping to provide some help and support for folks. I have posted the following on the contest wall, it gives a bit more info into the scarf situation as well as copies of the acknowledgements from the charities

yep sure is Malcolm and both charities know exactly where and how the money was raised thanks for all the etas who signed it!!! and the band and the novices everyoen big thanksssssssssssssssssssss

I got to agree this is just great and i am so proud of everyone involved. I am going to forward this to EPE Michelle as they like to hear about this sort of thing.

Yep, dont know how many times I was asked to strip for a £1. Think it will cost a bit more than that, about £1.25 and a double Vodka and coke

Firstly my apologies as i've been away from the PC for a few days and not been able to reply.

I would like to express my heart felt thanks to all those invovled in the scarf raffle for this gesture. I will treasure the scarf and it will always bring back happy memories of what was a truly memorable event.

A big well done for all involved in raising for such worthy causes.
