| Just thought I would put a review up of Gordon Hendricks. Went to see him on Sunday at the Bird Cage in Manchester. Well what can I say, when he appeared with his leathers and me and my friend finally picked our jaws from the floor  , he want on to sing songs from the 68 special. He then came back on to do the vegas years. £500 was donated from a member of the audience to Christies hospital if he would sing you gave me a mountain, which he did (they handed the money over). He then sang Viva Las Vegas, every time I hear that song now, all I think about is the Memphis Bells-step to the left, step to the right then shake it. The rest of the set was brilliant. Hoping to see him again in August. Chris Conner-not sure if they were friends/fans of yours but a couple I was speaking too was showing me some piccys (I thought the person looked familiar) and then gave me a website address which turned out to be yours, but I let them know I already knew who you was.  | |
